He had always dreamed of visiting a place where the pyramids touched the sky and the pharaohs ruled the land.

As they boarded their plane, Timmy couldn't wait to see what adventures awaited him. When they arrived in Cairo, Timmy saw the majestic Great Pyramid of Giza. It was even bigger than he imagined! He took a deep breath and stepped inside the pyramid, marveling at the ancient hieroglyphics that covered the walls.Mrs. Smith explained to Timmy how the pyramids were built by the ancient Egyptians using thousands of workers who labored for many years. She told him about the pharaohs who ruled Egypt, including Ramses II and Hatshepsut.

Timmy listened with wide eyes as Mrs. Smith showed him pictures of mummies, sarcophagi, and other artifacts from ancient Egypt. The next day, they visited the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
